of our agreement with the Germans".

"Re foregoing, as this contrasts with language

of Foreign Office letter 5th April and 12th April we

suggest London Office ascertain from Foreign Office

whether we are to consider that British Government

support is forfeited by the continuance of the Ger-

man Agreement".

I shall call this afternoon between four and

five o'clock and shall be much obliged if I can have

an interview with you on the subject of the above

message..
